We want you to love your Passion Planner, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that digital downloads and personalized products are final sale.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your planner is unused, in its original shrink-wrap, and was purchased within the last 30 days from our official store.

• 2.
  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
